Deciding on our Studio Practice Name and Logo

When coming up with a logo we first had to discuss and finalise our studio practice name. Below are some of the studio practice name suggestions which are mainly oriented around the fact we are studio 4, so this is something we wanted to incorporate into the name.

• The Archi Nerds 
• Vision Studio 4 or Vision 4
• The 1 Infinity
• 18 C.R.E.A.T.O.R.S 
• Architectus 
• Sustainability, Passion and Awareness Studio 4 - SPAS4 (as an example, but we could make a name with our Ethos ?)
• Eyes for detail 
• Archi4

After some discussion we all decided we liked Archi4 best as it incorporated the number 4 for our studio, it is concise and clear to the client we are an architectural studio.

Following our name decision the logo team, Maxim, Bailey, James and a few other members of the practice began designing some ideas which were shared to our group Google Drive. From here the whole studio did a poll and voted for our favourite one. 

As a group we decided this will be our logo (as shown below) as it clearly states our name, stands out and can be scaled for different functions. For example, Netflix varies from the whole name to just an 'N' depending on the scale needed and people still understand what is being advertised.
