Discussion for Second Group Presentation

March 17th Meeting

The meeting started at 11am and our main topic of discussion was the presentation we were giving the following day on March 18th. Other topics included :

• Design ideas for our exhibition space.
• How our social media platforms were progressing 

The meeting lasted around an hour and in that time we discussed all of these topics. 

We decided that the presentation the next day was going to be presented by Lojain and Josh. We also discussed that it would include our newest exhibition sketches. The presentation team also suggested a statement from each group saying what progress they had made in their work.

To decide on ideas for our exhibition design, we added any sketches or designs we had completed to a Padlet board. Each design was presented by the artist and we were given a small explanation as to what the idea was. We discussed as a group what ideas we liked out of the ones presented but overall, we seemed to collectively agree that all the sketches had qualities that we thought would be useful in the final design. In the following weeks, we have agreed to complete the design using the inspiration from the initial group ideas.

As part of our initial research, Emily suggested the idea of a series of blog posts about working from home during the pandemic. One of them would involve several members of our group filling out a questionnaire she had formulated to gather ideas on how we have been working at home and how we felt about it. This shows how Archi4 is dealing with this challenge of life currently. 7 members of the group filled this form out ready for Emily's blog posts. 

Lastly, all of our firm members' pictures and statements have been uploaded to the Instagram. Next, we will be uploading concepts for our exhibition design.
